Hydraulic oscillating motor is a kind of hydraulic actuator with reciprocating output shaft, also called oscillating hydraulic cylinder, which has the advantages of compact structure, safety and reliability, small occupation space, easy design, large output torque and oscillating angle. So what are the characteristics of the hydraulic oscillating motor and what is it suitable for?
Single vane oscillating motor. If high pressure oil is passed through the oil port I, the vane makes counterclockwise oscillation and low pressure is discharged from the oil port II. Since the blade is connected to the output shaft, it can make the output shaft oscillate and output torque and overcome the load at the same time. The operating pressure of this type of oscillating motor is less than 10MPa, and the oscillation angle is less than 280. Due to the unbalanced radial force, it is difficult to seal between the blade and the housing and the blade and the block, which limits the further increase of the working pressure and thus the further increase of the output torque.
It is a two-blade type oscillating motor. Under the condition of the same radial size and working pressure, it is twice the output torque of the single-blade oscillating motor, but the rotation angle should be reduced accordingly, and the rotation angle of the double-blade oscillating motor is generally less than 120 degrees.
